The Netfors Missed Call Alert (MCA) reduces the number of missed calls by informing the subscriber about who called and when. This information can according to preferences be communicated via SMS, USSD or voice response. It also offers user friendly click to call functionality via USSD.

The flexible modular solution can function as a stand alone platform or can be used in connection with existing platforms in order to enhance the payback on previous investments.
