Tech training
We have experienced an increasing demand for our on site training in operations and maintenance of our SMS and USSD Centers.
The training is designed for up to 5 technicians and the normal duration is one day. Normally, the participants get introduction to basic configuration of the software, management of accounts and routing as well as monitoring and optimizing the operations. However the content can be customized to specific needs.
The onsite training gives the customers a good smooth start to using the software in an optimal way. For customers with limited expertise in SS7 a course is highly recommended. The reason is that we have experienced it to be challenging for customers that are new to the SS7 world to manage direct SS7 connections.
