This service is particularly relevant for customers with limited internal technical resources or limited SS7 experience, on site installation, configuration and training.
Installation and configuration
Typically, the on site deployment covers installation of the software and configuration of initial interfaces. It can also cover local trouble shooting, etc.
Normally, the site, along with the hardware and interfaces, have been prepared prior to our arrival.
However, the site deployment support can be customized to specific needs.
Training: Maintenance & Marketing
The on-site training in operations and maintenance is designed for up to five technicians. The headlines of this program are basic configuration, accounts and routing, and service status.
The on-site training in campaign management is designed for up to five marketing people and/or technicians. The headlines of this program is the campaign management interface including campaign setting, cessations, privacy and reports.
The training normally covers some of the headlines from the program and can be customized to specific needs.
